Meraas Properties

Meraas is a private holding company located in Dubai. It is a subsidiary of Dubai Holding. The company was founded in 2007 (15 years on the market) and since then has been working in real estate, recreation and hotel business. The Chairman of the Board of Meraas is Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
Since its inception, Meraas has successfully commissioned more than 80 million square feet of residential and commercial real estate in Dubai, including retail space and more than 3,500 residential units.
